Products & pricing
- All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED).
- We work to keep product information, stock and prices accurate. If an error occurs, we'll contact you before your order is processed.
- Discount codes and promotions can't be combined unless stated.
Orders & payment
- Your order is confirmed once our team has confirmed it with you by phone or WhatsApp.
- We accept Cash on Delivery across the UAE. Any other payment options available will be shown at checkout.
- We may cancel an order in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, an unreachable phone number or stock unavailability. If you have paid anything, you'll be refunded in full.
Cash on Delivery orders
Please only place an order you intend to accept. Repeatedly refused deliveries may mean we can't offer Cash on Delivery to you in future.
Delivery & returns
Delivery follows our Shipping & Delivery policy and returns follow our Returns & Refunds policy (14 days).
