Not happy with your order? You can return it within 14 days of delivery.
Return conditions
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, with all parts and accessories.
- You have your order number.
- Damaged, faulty or wrong items are always accepted. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send a photo.
How to return
- Message us on WhatsApp or email sagemuraofficial@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We confirm your return and share the collection or drop-off details.
- Once the item reaches us and is checked, we process your refund.
Refunds
- Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer within 5–7 working days after we receive the item.
Non-returnable items
Items that have been used or damaged after delivery, and opened personal-care items, unless they are faulty.
